We validate our candidates
Since many of today’s candidates use ChatGPT and other AI applications to write their resumés and cover letters, it can be hard to tell if someone’s the real deal. Rest assured, we take the time to validate skills and experience and verify that each candidate is what they claim to be.
- We interview every candidate face-to-face (either in person or over video).
- We go beyond the standard interview. We assess on-the-spot thinking by asking unique questions that we co-develop with you—things not covered in the job ad.
- We verify all credentials, including designations, education and more.
- We provide testing and screening (on request), including in-depth technical and competency-based screening assessments.
- We conduct a range of checks (when appropriate), using a third party to do background, criminal and credit checks.
