The Project

Altis Recruitment was selected as a preferred staffing vendor for a national non-profit organization undergoing a major business transformation. The organization had received significant funding for two major projects: rebuilding its professional registry and redeveloping its communications infrastructure, both of which required specialized staff additions. Altis Recruitment was trusted to help fill these roles.

Our Strategy

Due to the complexity of the project and the many diverse skills requirements, we dedicated two Account Managers: one specialized in senior-level/management roles and administrative support, and another specialized in IT recruitment. They were supported by a dedicated team of recruiters who helped source candidates from our internal data base and various external recruitment and talent outreach tools.
